The POS tent in a few words
It is a folding structure with an aluminium or steel frame, most often in a 3 x 3 m or 3 x 6 m format, whose polyester fabric is printed by sublimation. The accordion mechanism allows set-up in a few minutes, without tools. Depending on the project, the tent is delivered plain with simple branding on the sloping edges, or fully dressed: full-colour roof, solid walls, half-walls, integrated counter. The legs are weighted or anchored to guarantee stability in the wind, and the fabric has a waterproof, anti-UV treatment.

The customised tent becomes indispensable as soon as your presence is played out in the open air or in a high-ceilinged hall, where a simple display stand would be lost:

What tent size should I choose for an outdoor trade show?
The 3 x 3 m format suits an information point staffed by one or two people. To accommodate a counter, display stands and a small demonstration area, prefer the 3 x 6 m, or place two 3 x 3 m modules side by side, opening onto each other.
Does the POS tent withstand wind and rain?
The fabric is waterproof and the frame is designed for normal outdoor use. We systematically provide ballast suited to the ground (base plates, sandbags or stakes). If strong winds are forecast, we recommend folding the tent away as a safety measure.
What lead time should I allow for a tent printed in my colours?
Printing the fabric generally takes one to two weeks after approval of your proof. For a plain tent or one already in stock, we can intervene within 24 to 48 hours in Île-de-France.
Can the tent be installed inside a hall?
Yes, the marquee can also be set up indoors, provided the ceiling height is around 3.20 m. It then forms a self-standing stand, with no fixing to the floor, much appreciated in exhibition halls and sports halls.
