printed roll-up rental - kakemonos | paris
How do you catch the eye of a visitor striding across the hall and point them to your stand? With a vertical visual, legible from afar, set up in thirty seconds. Roll-up and kakemono rental meets this need with freestanding displays printed in your colours, deployed at the entrance to a trade show, at the foot of a stage or in a seminar corridor. Solutions Événements prints the visual, supplies the structure and delivers the whole thing ready to set up.
Roll-up kakemonos, X-banners and an outdoor version
Four displays make up the range, to be chosen according to display area and location.
- Kakemono 85x200cm: the classic roll-up, with its aluminium base that rolls up the canvas, from €125 excl. VAT including printing. It is the benchmark format for a reception area or a stand.
- X-banner 70x180cm (€70 excl. VAT) and X-banner 60x160cm (€55 excl. VAT): a canvas stretched over a fibre cross, ultra light, ideal when you need to multiply displays on a small budget.
- Custom outdoor kakemono: a weighted structure and weather-resistant canvas for a forecourt, a terrace or a festival village.
All of them fold away into a carry bag and are assembled without tools.
Where and how to position them
At a trade show, position a kakemono at each open corner of the stand so you are seen from both aisles, and keep the inner side for an X-banner detailing your offer. At a seminar, a roll-up in front of each workshop room replaces paper signage and can be moved if the programme changes. For a product launch, line up three identical kakemonos behind the speaker: in the absence of a stage backdrop, the repetition effect establishes the brand in every photograph. A wedding will also find them useful, with a seating plan or the day's programme printed in the 85 x 200 cm format, far more elegant than a board stuck to the wall. Avoid placing a roll-up in a draught: the spring-loaded canvas is sensitive to slamming doors.
Printing, delivery and warehouse pick-up
You send us your file, we print the canvas, mount it on its structure and deliver it with the rest of your equipment; at the end of the event, we collect the structure, which is cleaned before returning to stock. The Drive (pick-up) service also lets you collect your displays at our warehouse the day before set-up. Prices correspond to a 1 to 3-day rental period and decrease beyond that, handy for a season of trade shows. The quote reaches you quickly, along with the print template for the chosen format.

Roll-up or X-banner, what is the difference?
The roll-up winds the canvas into an aluminium base: more stable, more premium, it sets up on its own in a few seconds. The X-banner stretches the canvas over a light cross: cheaper and very compact, it suits one-off uses and multiple locations.
How many kakemonos should I plan for a trade show stand?
Two for a 9 m² stand (one per open side), three to four for 18 m². Add a display at the show's reception area if the organiser allows signage outside the stand.
Can a kakemono stay outside?
Only the outdoor model is designed for exterior use, thanks to its weighted base and hard-wearing canvas. Standard roll-ups and X-banners remain reserved for indoor or sheltered, wind-free areas.
Which file should I send for printing?
A vector PDF or a high-definition image matching the template supplied, in CMYK. Keep the essential information in the top two thirds: the bottom of a roll-up is often hidden by furniture or visitors.
