custom flag rental | solutions événements
From the car park, a visitor is looking for the entrance. From the road, a passer-by wonders what is happening in that park. A row of flags answers both at a glance. Flag and banner rental puts your brand up high, in motion, visible from fifty metres, where no other printed medium can reach.
Printed sails and bases suited to the ground
The category brings together the printed outdoor display and the fixing system that keeps it upright.
- Custom outdoor kakemono: the vertical sail printed in your colours, mounted on a structure designed for the open air, from €195 excl. VAT including printing. It is the centrepiece for marking an entrance or a partner village.
- Metal base for feather flag (€19 excl. VAT): the heavy foot that stabilises a pole on hard ground (forecourt, tarmac, paving, trade show carpet) when you can neither stake nor dig.
Depending on the type of ground, our teams point you towards the metal base or a ground spike for lawns. The sails are printed using through-dye sublimation so they remain legible on both sides.
Marking, guiding and claiming your territory
For an open-air trade show or a brand village, line up the banners at regular intervals along the main aisle: the eye follows the line and arrives naturally at your space. At a sporting race or a product launch in a park, two flags on either side of the entrance arch signal the start and frame the crowd photos. A seminar at a country estate benefits from placing one banner at the gate and another at the car park: participants no longer get lost. Indoors, in a high-ceilinged exhibition hall, flags on metal bases rise above the stand partitions and make you visible from the entrance.
Delivery, installation and Drive pick-up
Our teams deliver sails, poles and bases, set them up on site taking wind exposure into account and collect them at the end of the event; the sails come back to be cleaned. For organisers who handle their own set-up, the Drive (pick-up) service lets you collect everything at our warehouse, each kit fitting in a long carry bag. Prices are for a 1 to 3-day rental period, with a decreasing rate beyond that, which makes the formula attractive for a festival or a week-long trade show. Tell us the number of points to mark and the type of ground: the quote arrives promptly.

Banners extend the POS and POI universe outdoors. Indoors, relay the message with roll-ups and kakemonos and advertising totems; structure your space with a folding stand and a folding desk; give visitors a keepsake in front of a folding photocall.
Which base should I choose for my banner?
On hard ground (concrete, tarmac, paving, parquet, carpet), the metal base is essential: it sits without fixings and weighs the pole down. On lawn or soil, a spike driven into the ground replaces the base. Tell us the venue and we prepare the right kit.
Do the flags withstand wind?
The sails are designed to fly and let the air through, but in anything beyond a strong wind they must be folded away or laid down. In exposed areas, we double the ballast and recommend no more than one pole per base.
How many banners to signal an entrance?
Two flags framing the access are enough for a simple entrance. For a route from a car park, allow one display every 15 to 20 m, with an extra one at each change of direction.
What is the lead time for a custom sail?
Allow a few working days between approval of your file and delivery. For an imminent event, contact us: depending on the workshop's workload, express printing is often possible.
