The modular stand relies on aluminium profile systems and standard panels: quick to assemble and economical, it can be reconfigured from one show to the next (9 m² on a corner one day, 18 m² as an island the next). The bespoke stand is drawn from a blank sheet: volumes, materials, curves, integrated furniture, everything is designed to express your identity. In between, the hybrid formula pairs a modular framework with specially made facades, signs and counters: it is often the best compromise between visual impact and budget control. In every case, we favour reusable, demountable materials, in an eco-responsible approach.


From the first sketch to the last screw

- Manufacture in the workshop, printing of visuals, assembly tests.

Adapting the stand to your type of show
At a consumer show, go for a tall sign, an open welcome area and a demonstration zone visible from the aisle. For a medical congress or a B2B trade show, plan instead for a closed meeting room, a coffee bar and seating for appointments. What our service includes
The price of a stand covers graphic and technical design, manufacture, transport, set-up by our qualified fitters and dismantling at the close of the show, as well as the reconditioning of the rented elements. Rental is calculated for the usual exhibition duration of 1 to 3 days, and a decreasing rate applies for longer shows or multi-city tours. For lightweight modular structures, collection via our Drive (pick-up) service at our warehouse remains an option. What stand size should I rent for a first participation?
A stand of 9 to 12 m² is enough for two or three staff members, a counter and a screen. Beyond four people, or if you are exhibiting bulky products, aim for 18 m² or more, ideally on a corner to benefit from two aisles.


How far in advance should the project be launched?
For a dressed modular stand, four weeks allow the work to proceed comfortably. A bespoke stand requires more like six to ten weeks, allowing time for design, approvals and manufacture. We are nevertheless able to respond to more urgent requests depending on our availability.


Can the stand be reused at several shows?
Yes, that is one of the strengths of the modular or hybrid formula. We store your customised elements between two events and adapt the configuration to each new floor space.


Do you handle the formalities with the show organiser?
We prepare the technical file (plans, heights, fire-rated materials) required by most organisers and coordinate the set-up slots with the hall manager.
