A visitor crossing an exhibition hall decides within a few seconds where to look. Advertising totem rental gives you those seconds: a vertical column dressed in your colours, visible from afar and legible up close, that signals your stand, guides your guests or showcases your partners. Rigid and free-standing, our totems come in printed, large-format square, LED backlit and built-in screen versions.
From printed totem to screen totem
- Entry-level signage: the Customised double-sided signage totem, printed on both sides, from €95 excl. VAT, perfect for indicating a room, a route or a map.
- Mid-range printed formats: the Signage totem - 0.5 x 1.5 m (from €150 excl. VAT) and the Signage totem - 1 x 2 m for a more visible message in a hall or a sheltered outdoor area.
- Large brand volumes: the Customisable square advertising totem - H2m and its H3m version, printed on four sides, ideal as a central landmark at a trade show or a corporate evening.
- Light and video: the Customised LED wall signage totem - 1 x 2.5 m backlights your visual, while the flat-screen totems (43 or 55-inch screen) broadcast your videos, programmes or social feeds at the heart of a branded structure.
Every totem is delivered with its print produced from your files, using a template we send you.
Positioning your totems according to the type of event
At a trade show, an H3m square totem at the corner of a stand can be seen from the cross aisles; complete it with a screen totem at the front to animate the passing traffic. For a seminar or a convention, line up double-sided signage totems at decision points (reception, lifts, entrance to the rooms) with a consistent graphic identity. At a product launch or a brand evening, the LED wall totem becomes an expression wall or a photo backdrop, and two square totems frame the access to the stage. On a compact stand, a 0.5 x 1.5 m totem is enough.
How the rental and printing work
Send us your visuals in the requested format; we print, assemble and deliver the totems, then install them at the spot planned on your floor plan before collecting them at dismantling. The structures are cleaned and checked between each rental, at no extra charge. Prices include a 1 to 3-day rental period, with a decreasing rate for longer periods for multi-day trade shows; screen models include start-up and playback of your content. Pick-up through our Drive service at our warehouse is an option for the lighter printed totems. Allow a few working days for printing after approval of the quote and files.

Which file format should I supply for printing?
A vector PDF or a high-definition image (300 dpi at scale) in the format of the template we send you, with the requested bleed. We check the file before printing and flag any issue to you.
How many totems should I plan for a trade show?
For a stand of 9 to 18 m², one large-format totem and one screen totem are enough. For the signage of a congress, allow one totem per decision point along the visitor route (reception, every change of direction, entrance to the rooms).
Can the totems be used outdoors?
Printed totems tolerate sheltered outdoor use without strong wind; LED and screen models remain reserved for indoors or a closed tent. For exposed outdoor display, turn to weighted feather banners.
