Where to install it and how to integrate it?

Place the welcome desk printer within easy reach of the hostesses, on a side table or a counter, with a computer connected via USB or the network. In the control room, provide a shared multifunction printer, accessible over WiFi to the whole organising team. On a trade show stand, a discreet printer kept in the storage area lets you produce quotes and technical sheets on demand, which reassures prospects and avoids mass-printing documents that end up in the bin at the end of the day. A turnkey service

Every printer is delivered with its drivers installed on the workstations we supply, a stock of paper and consumables sized for the duration of your event. Our technicians connect it, test it and show you the basic operations; should an incident occur, telephone support is on hand throughout the event. Collection and reconditioning are handled by us, with cleaning included in the price. Collection via our Drive (pick-up) service at our warehouse suits organisers who manage their own logistics. Prices, quoted excl. VAT, cover 1 to 3 days of use; beyond that, a decreasing rate for longer periods lightens the bill for long trade shows and conventions. A quote is sent to you promptly on a simple description of your print volumes.

Are paper and ink supplied?

Yes, a starter supply is included in the rental, calculated according to the number of participants and the duration announced. For large volumes, we add reams and spare toner cartridges to the quote.




Can we print from our own computers?

Of course. Our technicians install the drivers on your machines during set-up, or send you the download link if your workstations are locked down by your IT department.




What print speed should I plan for a welcome desk?

A laser printer produces an average of 30 pages per minute: a single machine is enough for a few hundred participants. For badges, allow one dedicated printer per welcome queue to keep arrivals flowing smoothly.




Do you deliver at weekends or overnight?

Our teams operate 24/7 in Paris, across Île-de-France and in the Oise, according to the set-up schedules imposed by your venue or by the trade show organiser.
