At the welcome desk of a seminar, it checks participants in within seconds and prints their badge on the spot. In a conference, it serves as a voting device or a live question wall. At a product launch, it becomes a prize-draw kiosk or a souvenir photo station. Choosing the right configuration
The 10-inch format remains the most legible for a kiosk or a welcome counter; more compact formats suit hosts and hostesses moving around the room. We configure the devices before delivery: installation of your app or web page, kiosk mode locking the tablet to a single screen, notifications switched off, wallpaper in your brand colours. Delivery, configuration and return
Our technicians deliver the tablets charged, protected and configured, mount them on their holders and check the connection on site before your event opens. Afterwards, we collect the devices, completely erase all the data entered by your guests and restore the tablets to pristine condition for their next outing; this software and physical cleaning is included. Our Drive (pick-up) service lets you collect a small batch, already configured, from our warehouse. Prices are quoted excl. VAT for a 1 to 3-day rental period, with a decreasing rate for longer periods at multi-day trade shows; tell us how you plan to use them and we will send you a quick quote with the recommended configuration.

How many tablets should I plan for a welcome desk?
Allow one tablet per host or hostess and roughly one station for every 100 to 150 participants expected within a one-hour arrival window. For voting in a plenary session, one tablet per participant or one per table depending on the format chosen.
Can you install our own application?
Yes. Send us the download link, the test credentials and the expected version: we install and check the application on every device before delivery, and lock it in kiosk mode if you wish.
Do the tablets work without WiFi on site?
Our cellular models carry a 4G SIM card; we can also supply a dedicated router to create a stable, secure private network, independent of the venue's own.
What happens in the event of breakage?
Tablets are delivered in reinforced cases and the anti-theft holders limit the risks. Should damage occur, the quote sets out the applicable conditions; tell us about your context so we can choose the right level of protection together.
