Nine square metres of grey carpet and three white partitions: that is what a trade show organiser hands over to you. It is up to you to turn them into a branded space. Folding stand rental, also known as pop-up or umbrella stands, dresses the back of your plot with a continuous printed canvas, with no visible seam, stretched over an aluminium structure that unfolds like an accordion.
Four widths of straight pop-up stand
Each model's reference indicates the number of modules across (2, 4, 6 or 8) for a common height of three modules, or a little over 2.20 m once deployed.
- Pop-up stand 2x3 straight: the most compact, for the back of a small stand or a reception area, from €850 excl. VAT including printed canvas.
- Pop-up stand 4x3 straight: around 3 m wide, the ideal format behind a 9 m² stand, from €1,190 excl. VAT.

Composing your space around the stand
The pop-up stand is a backdrop; it comes into its own with what you place in front of it. At a trade show, set a reception counter at the front, a screen on a floor stand for the product demonstration and two high stools for conversations. At an internal seminar, the 6x3 serves as a set backdrop for speeches and video interviews. For a product launch in a shop or showroom, a 2x3 creates a visual landmark behind the presentation table.
Delivery, on-site set-up and collection
Our teams deliver the stand in its transport case, unfold it, stretch the canvas and check it is plumb during the show's set-up hours, then fold it away and collect it at dismantling; reconditioning is included. Exhibiting far from Paris, or working independently? The Drive (pick-up) service lets you collect the case at our warehouse and assemble the stand in a quarter of an hour with two people. The prices shown correspond to a 1 to 3-day rental period, the standard duration of a trade show, with a decreasing rate for longer events. Which size of pop-up stand for a 9 m² plot?
A 9 m² stand generally measures 3 m per side: the 4x3 straight covers the back almost entirely and leaves room for the partitions. For a 12 m² plot (4 m x 3 m), move up to the 6x3.
How long does it take to assemble a pop-up stand?
Around fifteen minutes with two people for the 2x3 and 4x3 formats, half an hour for the 6x3 and 8x3. No tools are needed: the structure unfolds, the bars clip into place and the canvas is already fitted.
Can the canvas be reused for another trade show?
Yes, and it is one of the great advantages of the pop-up stand. The canvas folded away with its structure comes out unmarked and can be reassembled several times. If your message changes, only a new canvas needs printing; the structure stays the same.
