Decorative Vase Rental for Event Tables

Give your tables and buffets a focal point with decorative vase rental: in a few simple steps, you can compose table centrepieces, floral columns or unusual containers filled with themed objects. Tall transparent cylinder or flat plexiglass bowl, these two versatile pieces change roles depending on what you slip inside them.


Two formats, endless uses
The Vase 65 cm, from €19 excl. VAT, is a tall transparent cylinder that takes tall branches, long-stemmed flowers or themed fillings: corks for a wine fair, pebbles and sand for a beach theme, baubles in December. Placed on the floor or on a console, it gives vertical structure to a decor. The Plexiglass vase 50 cm, from €50 excl. VAT, is by contrast a low, wide shape: it fits on a barrel or a high table and becomes a sweet basket, a gift-voucher urn, a goodies display or a bowl for a floating candle arrangement.


Composing with vases according to the event
- Wedding: 65 cm vase filled with water and cut flowers for the top tables, or with an LED garland for a giant lantern effect.
- Gala and corporate dinner: a row of three tall vases on the head table, dressed with white branches.
- Trade show and product launch: plexiglass bowl on the welcome counter to collect business cards or hand out samples.
- Wine fair, gourmet market: tall vases filled with corks, tasting bowl on a barrel.
A successful arrangement relies on repetition: three identical vases evenly spaced give structure to a 6-metre table.


Delivery, Drive and duration
The glass travels protected in dedicated crates; our teams deliver and install the vases in the planned locations, filling included if you entrust us with the supplies, then collect everything after the event. For two or three pieces, the Drive (pick-up) service (collection and return at our warehouse) is the simplest option. The vases are washed and checked on return, free of charge. The price shown covers 1 to 3 days; a decreasing rate applies for longer periods, for a shop window or an exhibition for example. Send us quantities and dates, and the quote follows quickly.

Can I put water and fresh flowers in the 65 cm vase?
Yes, it is watertight and designed for that. Remember to fill it on site: a vase of this size full of water is heavy to move.


How many vases for a table of 20 people?
On a long table of 6 to 7 metres, three tall vases evenly spaced give an elegant rhythm without getting in the way of conversation. Alternate with low candles for intimacy.


Is the plexiglass vase suitable for food?
It is delivered clean and suits wrapped sweets, dried fruit and goodies. For unwrapped fresh food, use a food-grade container placed inside it.


What happens if a vase breaks during the event?
Simply let us know at collection time. Breakage is charged at the replacement price stated in the quote; our teams pack the glass carefully to limit this risk.
