Organising a legible visitor route
At a trade show, position a double-sided totem at every aisle intersection and an image wall behind the reception desk: visitors spot the information without having to search for it. For a congress spread over several levels, floor stickers trace a coloured path to the workshop rooms, while wooden panels discreetly signal the cloakrooms and catering areas. At a sporting event, the arch dresses the start line and printed banners turn barriers into partner supports. Finally, a screen totem placed at the entrance of a product launch plays the teaser and then the demonstration schedule, which limits last-minute printing.
How the service works
Once your files are approved, we print the visuals and our technicians come to install everything on site, following the agreed layout plan. At the end of the event, they collect the structures and we take care of the cleaning. Clients who prefer to handle the logistics themselves opt for the Drive (pick-up) service and collect the equipment at our warehouse. Each price shown covers a 1 to 3-day rental period; beyond that, a decreasing rate for longer periods applies automatically. The quote is prepared within 24 working hours based on the number of supports and the formats required.

How many totems should you plan for a 2,000 m² trade show?
Allow one totem per main intersection and one per entrance, which generally means six to ten supports for this surface area. Add an image wall at the reception desk and a few floor stickers if the layout includes recessed areas.
Can the visuals be changed between two days?
On screen totems, yes, in a few seconds from a USB stick or a file sent to our teams. On printed supports, a second set of visuals must be planned at the time of ordering; we then replace them during a scheduled visit.
Can signage stay outdoors?
Totems, panels and banners are printed on materials that withstand rain and UV. Outdoors, we weight them down or fix them to barriers with bungee cords so that they hold in the wind. Floor stickers are available in a non-slip outdoor version.
What is the lead time for a customised order?
For supports printed in your colours, ideally allow one week between sending the final files and delivery. In an emergency, contact us: several references can be produced within 48 hours depending on the format.
