A stand is noticed not for its profiles, but for what they carry. Modular frame dressing rental brings together the stretched fabrics, printed panels and textile veils that attach to an aluminium framework to turn it into an image wall, a graphic partition or a dressed counter. At a trade show or a convention, this visual skin is what gives the space its identity.


What modular frame dressing covers
The term refers to all the surfaces that close or decorate a modular structure, whatever its size. We generally distinguish:
- the silicone-edge stretched fabric, slipped into the groove of the profile to obtain a perfectly flat face, with no visible fold or eyelet;
- the rigid panel, plain or printed, which closes a module to create a storage area, a stage backdrop or a counter back;
- the translucent veil, designed for backlighting, which turns a simple frame into a lightbox;
- the discreet finishing touches: counter skirt, foot cover, signage header or corner return.
The same chassis thus changes its appearance from one event to the next by replacing only its textile surface.


Adapting the dressing to the type of event
At a trade show, favour a fully printed back wall, paired with a matching welcome counter: the visitor immediately identifies the exhibitor and its main message. For a seminar or an internal convention, a textile stage backdrop placed behind the lectern offers a uniform background for photographers and cameras. During a product launch, dressed partitions shape a route and isolate a demonstration area. At a corporate evening or a gala, backlit veils diffuse a soft light that structures the space without closing it off. Delivery, installation and Drive pick-up
Our teams deliver across Île-de-France and throughout France, assemble the structure, stretch the fabrics and collect the equipment at the close of your event; cleaning of the textile surfaces is included in the service. If you have your own logistics, our Drive (pick-up) service lets you collect the elements directly from our warehouse and return them once the event is over. Rates apply for a 1 to 3-day rental period, with a decreasing rate for longer periods. Since every dressing project depends on the dimensions of your stand and your visuals, the simplest option is to send us your floor plan: we will return a bespoke quote at short notice.

Do I need to supply the printed visuals?
Printed fabrics are produced from your files, to the exact dimensions of the frames selected. We send you the template to follow as soon as the quote is approved.


Can a dressing be reused from one trade show to the next?
Yes, provided you keep the same frame configuration. Silicone-edge fabric folds, stores and stretches again without any visible mark, which makes it a cost-effective investment for regular exhibitors.


Is the dressing suitable for an outdoor event?
Polyester fabrics withstand use under shelter or under a tent, but remain sensitive to wind and prolonged rain. For an open-air stand, we recommend rigid panels and reinforced weighting of the feet.


What lead time should I allow for a complete dressed stand?
For a standard structure with plain fabrics, one week is generally enough between order and delivery. With bespoke printed visuals, allow ten to fifteen days instead to leave time for file approval and production.
