Choosing the right stage size for your event

We offer several event stage formats, from 6 m² to 24 m²:

- 6 to 8 m²: ideal for a lectern, a speech or 1 to 3 speakers.

- 12 to 18 m²: suited to panel discussions, award ceremonies or stage entertainment.

- 24 m²: recommended for concerts, bands or large-audience events.

Each configuration optimises visibility for the audience while respecting the constraints of the space.



Bare stage or dressed stage: what is the difference?

Two finishes are available:

- Bare stage: exposed structure, a functional and economical solution suited to technical environments or temporary installations.

- Dressed stage: perimeter finish with stage skirt and carpet for a more elegant look, ideal for conferences, galas and corporate events.

The choice depends on the level of finish you want and the type of event you are organising.



Which stage height should you choose (20, 40 or 60 cm)?

Height plays a key role in visibility:

- 20 cm: trade shows and indoor spaces with low ceilings.

- 40 cm: conferences and presentations to a seated audience.

- 60 cm: large spaces, shows or configurations requiring enhanced visibility.

All our stages come in several heights to fit your event precisely.



Lecterns and public speaking

For your conferences, general meetings and speeches, we also offer lectern rental: conference lectern, acrylic lectern or designer lectern, depending on the style of your event. A lectern pairs naturally with a riser or modular stage to frame the speech and make the speaker more visible.

How does the made-to-measure stage priced per m² work?
When the standard 6 to 24 m² formats do not match your room or your scenography, we assemble a platform to the exact dimensions you want, in multiples of stage decks. The price is calculated by surface area: bare made-to-measure stage from €15 excl. VAT per m², dressed version from €32 excl. VAT per m². Tell us the width, depth and height you need and we will confirm feasibility and pricing within 24 hours.


Do you offer round stages or unusual formats?
Yes, we have a dressed round stage 4 m in diameter, available in 20 or 40 cm heights, from €780 excl. VAT. This format is popular for TV sets, fashion shows, ceremonies in the centre of a room or 360° presentations. T-shaped, L-shaped or central podium configurations can also be studied using made-to-measure stage decks.


Can a stage be installed outdoors?
Stage decks can be installed outdoors on stable, more or less level ground, with adjustable feet that compensate for slight unevenness in the terrain. For a garden, car park or courtyard, we recommend the dressed finish with guardrails and steps, and we provide levelling boards where necessary. If the ground is grass or soft, let us know when requesting your quote so we can adapt the equipment.


Which lectern should you choose for each type of speech?
For a classic conference, the wooden Senlis lectern, from €99 excl. VAT, offers an understated presence and can take a front panel personalised with your brand. The clear or black acrylic lectern suits sleek corporate events, while the illuminated Slide Swish lectern, from €75 excl. VAT, creates a striking visual effect at evening events or product launches. A step can be added for shorter speakers.


What are the lead times and how does stage set-up work?
Our teams set up a 6 to 12 m² stage in around an hour and a 24 m² stage with dressing and accessories in two to three hours, all we need is access to the venue for our technicians. We operate 7 days a week in Paris, Île-de-France and the Oise, including early mornings and late evenings to fit in with venue time slots. For a standard order, 48 hours' notice is comfortable; for made-to-measure or a large surface area, allow a week so that a site visit can be scheduled if needed.
