Giant Helium Advertising Balloon Rental

Looking for a landmark that can be seen from afar, light and cheerful, to signal your stand or point of sale? Personalised helium balloon rental gives your communication real height: a giant balloon floating ten metres above the ground catches the eye long before the visitor reads your sign. Solutions Événements supports brands, local authorities and organisers in setting up these aerial displays in Paris, across Île-de-France and in the Oise, from tethered advertising balloons to bouquets of printed balloons.

The main families of helium balloons
The giant advertising balloon, in PVC or coated nylon, measures 2 to 4 m in diameter. Inflated with helium and held by a cable, it rises above a building, a car park or a marquee and carries your logo printed on one or several sides. Personalised latex party balloons, printed with your brand, can be handed out to visitors or grouped in clusters on counters. Foil (mylar) balloons, shaped as letters, numbers or figures, spell out words and dates for a company anniversary or an opening ceremony. Finally, balloon columns and bouquets dress an entrance or a stage at a modest cost.

When should your message take off?
- Shop or branch opening: a giant balloon on the roof to announce the opening to the neighbourhood.

- Outdoor trade show or fair: an aerial marker above the stand so you can be found in the crowd.

- Sporting event or race: coloured balloons along the route, a start-line arch.

- Company party and brand anniversary: giant foil letters showing the number of years.

- Product launch: clusters in the colours of the new product handed out to the public.

Composing an aerial scenography
Balloons combine well with the other communication ideas in our catalogue. An inflatable or floral arch marks the entrance, balloon clusters punctuate the route, and an entertainment activity (balloon sculptor, photobooth, games) extends the experience. For an evening event, white or pearlescent balloons lit by miniature LEDs create a highly photogenic floating ceiling. Remember to match the shades to your brand guidelines: two main colours and one accent colour are enough for an elegant result.

Organisation and rental conditions
Inflation is carried out on site by our team, who bring the helium cylinders, cables, weights and fixings required, then handle the installation and removal of the giant balloon. For party balloons and bouquets, we deliver them inflated on the day or supply the cylinders for inflation on your stand. Tethered equipment (giant balloon, inflator, weights) is rented for 1 to 3 days, with a decreasing rate for longer periods, and can be collected through our Drive (pick-up) service at our warehouse if you prefer to manage the inflation yourself. Since quantities, personalisation and duration determine the price, ask us for a quote: we reply within 24 hours.

How long does a helium balloon stay inflated?
A giant PVC balloon keeps its volume for several days; a helium top-up is planned for longer operations. Latex balloons last 8 to 12 hours, foil balloons several days.

Is a permit required for a tethered advertising balloon?
Above 50 m in altitude or close to an airport, a declaration to the prefecture or the civil aviation authority is required. In practice, our advertising balloons fly between 10 and 30 m and raise no difficulty; we advise you case by case.

Can a logo be printed on the balloons?
Yes, both on the giant balloon (removable large-format printed banners) and on latex balloons (screen printing in one or several colours). Allow one to two weeks of production time after approval of the proof.

Do the balloons withstand wind?
A giant balloon can be used in winds of up to around 40 km/h; beyond that, it is brought back to the ground for safety. For outdoor bouquets, we favour heavy weights and short ties.
