55-inch screens and JBL speakers
The Samsung 55-inch LED flat screen can be mounted on a modular frame, a stand wall or a totem; it plays a video loop from a USB stick, a computer or a media player and is available from €175 excl. VAT for 1 to 3 days. The 55-inch flat screen on stand kit adds a height-adjustable mobile stand on castors: the screen moves between the reception area and the demonstration space without tools. On the sound side, the JBL EON/ONE is an all-in-one column speaker that covers a stand or a meeting room of thirty people and accepts a wired microphone, from €85 excl. VAT. The JBL EON/ONE MK steps up the power with its built-in mixing desk and Bluetooth connection, for stands that host mini-conferences or an end-of-day DJ set.
Tailoring the installation to the event format
On a trade show stand, position the screen at the back, 1.60 m from the floor, and the speaker in a corner facing inwards so as not to disturb your neighbours; the organiser often imposes a sound limit, and the EON/ONE can be finely adjusted. For a recruitment forum, a screen on a stand near the aisle draws the eye with employee testimonials. At a product launch, two mirrored screens on either side of the presenter let guests at the back follow the demonstration, with the EON/ONE MK picking up the speaker's lapel microphone. At an internal convention organised into workshops, one screen-on-stand kit per room replaces the video projector and removes the need for darkened rooms.
Commissioning and rental conditions
Our technicians deliver, install and test every screen and every speaker with your content before opening, then collect the equipment at dismantling; HDMI cables, adapters and stands are supplied. Our Drive (pick-up) service is perfectly suited to speakers and screen-on-stand kits, which fit into a passenger car, with collection by appointment at our warehouse. Pricing covers 1 to 3 days and then becomes a decreasing rate for longer-running shows. A quote is sent to you the same day; we can also prepare your video loop in the right format if you send us the files.

Which speaker for a 20 m² stand?
The JBL EON/ONE is more than enough: it plays background music and amplifies a voice for around twenty listeners. Move up to the MK version if several microphones or a Bluetooth source need to be mixed.
Which video formats does the screen accept?
MP4 files in Full HD or 4K played from a USB stick work without a computer. For a slideshow or an interactive presentation, connect your laptop via HDMI; USB-C adapters are supplied.
Can the screen be mounted on a modular aluminium frame?
Yes, we have brackets compatible with Omni 55 frames to integrate the screen into a stand partition, flush with the printed fabric. Please mention this when requesting your quote.
Can the audiovisual installation take place the day before opening?
That is in fact the recommended set-up: we work during the show's build-up hours, test the content with you and leave a quick-start guide for the team on the stand.
