Expo-forum pack rental answers this need with turnkey stand sets: pre-matched furniture, counter and reception elements, available in size M for a 6 to 9 m² space and in size L for 12 m² and more. Each pack is named after a Paris exhibition venue, a reminder that we deliver daily to Versailles, Villepinte, Vincennes and Champerret.
Five packs, two sizes, a budget for every project
The Expo Louvre M pack is the entry point to the range, from €79 excl. VAT for 1 to 3 days: a functional, clean stand for a student forum or an open day. The Expo Champerret M pack, from €108 excl. VAT, adds pieces made from recycled materials for an eco-responsible presence at a contained price. The Expo Vincennes M pack takes this sustainable approach further with a counter in recycled material and certified seating. The Expo Versailles L pack relies on a clean design and white eco-designed furniture, conceived for premium brand stands. Finally, the Expo Villepinte L pack is fully customisable: counter colours, printed visuals, choice of seating, we compose the stand in your image. Each pack is available in both sizes; simply tell us the surface area of your space.
Which pack for which show
For a B2B trade show where you host scheduled appointments, the Versailles L pack creates a calm showroom atmosphere, to be completed with an acoustic booth. At a recruitment forum, the Louvre M or Champerret M pack repeated across several stands gives the organiser visual consistency at a lower cost. A product launch on an open stand calls for the customised Villepinte L pack, whose counters in the campaign colours extend your branding. Companies that communicate on their CSR policy choose Vincennes, in M for an internal convention, in L for a consumer show. In every case, add a carpet in your brand colour and frame-mounted lighting to finish the ensemble.
A stand delivered assembled, collected dismantled
The principle of the pack is that you have nothing to assemble: our teams deliver the set to your space during build-up, install the furniture according to the agreed plan and return to collect it at closing. Cleaning of every piece is included in the price. M packs can also be collected via our Drive (pick-up) service at our warehouse if you have a van. Prices apply for a 1 to 3-day rental period and become a decreasing rate for shows of four days or more. A quote with a layout visual reaches you within 24 hours.

Size M or size L: how do I decide?
Keep the following rule in mind: up to 9 m², the M pack leaves room for three people to move around; from 12 m², the L pack avoids a stand that looks empty. In between, choose according to the number of team members present at all times.
Can the contents of a pack be modified?
Yes. The Villepinte pack is designed for this, but every pack accepts the addition or removal of a piece. The quote is then adjusted line by line, without losing the advantageous price of the set.
Are the packs suitable for an outdoor forum?
Under a marquee or a reception tent, no problem at all. In the open air, the white lacquered furniture and recycled counters withstand a passing shower, but we recommend sheltering them overnight.
How far in advance should a customised pack be booked?
Allow ten working days for the Villepinte pack with printed visuals, so that the proof can be approved and the adhesives applied. Standard packs can be booked up to 72 hours before build-up, subject to stock.
