A professional machine, ready to use
The model on offer is the DELL XPS 9570 i7 laptop PC - 15 inch or equivalent, available from €160 excl. VAT for 1 to 3 days. Its i7 processor and 15-inch screen are suited to running presentations, playing high-definition video, driving show-control software or welcoming guests at an event with badge printing. When the exact model is not available, an equivalent of the same generation and comparable performance is supplied, so as to guarantee the same experience. Each workstation is reset between two rentals and checked by our technical team: system up to date, battery tested, original charger in the sleeve.
When to rent rather than mobilise your own workstations
The most common case is the control desk: a computer dedicated to projection prevents a personal laptop from displaying a notification in the middle of a speech. For a general meeting or a convention, a second mirrored workstation secures the broadcast. For training and workshops, renting several identical machines simplifies software installation and puts all participants on an equal footing. At a trade show, a computer connected to a demonstration screen presents your offer continuously. Event agencies also find it a solution for welcome desks, electronic sign-in and the quick editing of a souvenir video to be shown at the end of the evening. For each of these uses, pair the workstation with our adapters, remote controls and USB sticks available in IT accessories.
Delivery, configuration and equipment return
Our teams deliver the computer with your order (video projector, screen, sound system), connect it and test the complete chain before the doors open. You can also collect the workstation at our warehouse via the Drive (pick-up) service, handy for a film shoot or a last-minute meeting. Prices cover a 1 to 3-day rental period; for a week-long training course or a roadshow, the decreasing rate for longer periods significantly reduces the daily cost. Can I install my own software on the rented computer?
Yes, you have the rights needed to install your presentation, show-control or registration management applications. If you tell us your requirements in advance, we can prepare the machine before delivery.
How many computers should I plan for a training course?
Allow one workstation per participant for a hands-on workshop, or one for two if people work in pairs. Always add a spare machine for the trainer or to replace a workstation in the event of a problem.
Is the computer compatible with your video projectors and screens?
Yes. The laptop has the necessary outputs and we supply the appropriate HDMI or DisplayPort adapters to connect to our entire audiovisual fleet.
What happens to my data at the end of the rental?
The drive is reset after each return, which permanently deletes files and accounts. Remember to back up your documents to a USB stick or an online space before returning the workstation.
