VAT, is the classic floor-standing support for trade shows and reception areas: the tablet is enclosed in a locked housing, rotating to portrait or landscape, at hand height for a standing visitor. The Anti-theft Surface Pro case holder, from €70 excl. VAT, is aimed at companies equipped with Microsoft tablets: the case hugs the device, secures it and holds it in a comfortable position for entering a registration or browsing a catalogue. In both cases, a route for the power cable is provided so that the tablet stays charged throughout the event.
Where to place your tablets so they really get used
At the entrance to a congress, two to four stands spaced out to the side allow participants to check themselves in and shorten the queue. On a trade show stand, one support at each visitor approach captures the visitor just as they slow down, with a contact form or a product video on a loop. In a showroom or at a launch, a tablet on a stand next to each product replaces the printed data sheet. For a seminar, plan one support per workshop table to collect votes and questions live, to be displayed afterwards on the main screen. And if you do not have enough tablets, a rented laptop computer can complete the set-up at reception.
How the rental works
The stands arrive with the rest of your equipment and are positioned by our teams according to your floor plan; you fit your tablets, we check the locking and the cable routing. The Drive (pick-up) service, with collection at our warehouse, is perfectly suited to these compact products that fit in a car boot. The prices shown correspond to 1 to 3 days of use; a four or five-day trade show benefits from the decreasing rate for longer periods. Collection and cleaning of the stands are included, and a quote is sent to you quickly as soon as you tell us the number of tablets to be fitted and their model.

Do the stands suit all tablet sizes?
The anti-theft floor stand is sized for standard-format iPads; the case is specific to the Surface Pro. Tell us the exact model of your devices when you enquire, and we will confirm compatibility or point you towards the right solution.
Do you supply the tablets with the stands?
This category covers the stands only. If you need the devices themselves, mention it when requesting your quote: we will look into the most suitable solution with our IT department.
Can the floor stands be used outdoors?
Under a tent or a marquee, yes. In the open air, sunlight makes the screen hard to read and rain puts the device at risk; choose a covered location and a stable floor.
How many sign-in kiosks should I plan?
One kiosk per 100 to 150 participants expected in the same arrival slot is a good starting point. For a very concentrated door opening, increase the number of stands to keep the welcome flowing smoothly.
