large format photocall rental | printing picture walls
A six-square-metre visual welcoming your guests from the entrance: printed image wall rental turns a simple stage backdrop into a genuine visual signature. Evening photocall, backdrop for interviews, dressing for a conference set or stand decor, the image wall carries your message, your logo or your graphic universe in large format, with a print quality that stands up to close inspection as well as to photographers' lenses.
Two premium photocall formats
The range is built on freestanding aluminium structures dressed with a stretched printed canvas, with no visible foot or exposed cable. The Premium Photocall 2m00 x 2m suits reception areas, cocktail photo corners and compact stands; it is available from €291 excl. VAT for a 1 to 3-day rental period, printing included. The Premium Photocall 3m00 x 2m offers enough width to photograph a group of six to eight people or to serve as a backdrop for an awards ceremony. In both cases, the canvas is tensioned by a silicone edge strip slid into the groove of the frame, guaranteeing a perfectly flat surface with no creases or unwanted reflections. Our graphic designers check your file before printing and send you a print proof.
Where to install an image wall at your event
For a gala or a trophy ceremony, place the photocall at the entrance to the room, lit by two side spotlights, so that every guest is photographed in front of your partners. At a product launch, the image wall becomes the backdrop to the lectern and frames the speech for the videos later shared on social media. At a seminar, it dresses the plenary stage in the morning and moves to the cocktail area in the evening: the structure dismantles in a few minutes. At a trade show, a 3 x 2 m image wall closes off the back of a 9 m² stand and combines with printed adhesive stickers on the floor to guide visitors to you. For a wedding, the canvas is printed with the couple's first names and a floral motif that becomes the decor of the photo corner.
Delivery, set-up and collection
Our teams deliver the structure and the canvas, assemble the image wall on site and collect it at the end of your event. The aluminium and textile are cleaned on every return, at no extra cost. If you prefer to collect the equipment yourself, the Drive (pick-up) service lets you pick it up at our Île-de-France warehouse in a reserved time slot; the frame travels in a carry bag. The price shown covers a 1 to 3-day rental period, then a decreasing rate applies for a week-long trade show or a tour. Send us your dimensions, your visual and your dates: the quote goes out within 24 hours.
Discover event signage too
The image wall is part of a wider range of event signage. Complete it with totems and panels from our guidance signage to direct the public, or with printed tarpaulins when you need to dress a facade, a barrier or an outdoor structure.
Which photocall format should I choose for a group?
The 2 x 2 m format comfortably accommodates three to four people side by side. Beyond that, or if you plan photographs with a presenter and several award winners, the 3 x 2 m avoids cropping the edges of the visual in the shots.
Which file should I supply for printing?
A vector PDF or a high-definition image (150 dpi at 1:1 scale) with 5 cm of bleed on each side. Remember to keep logos more than 30 cm from the edges, an area often hidden by guests posing in front of the wall.
Can the image wall be installed outdoors?
Yes, under a marquee, a tent or an awning that protects it from rain. In the open air without shelter, the canvas acts like a sail: we then recommend additional ballast and dismantling if wind is forecast.
Can the canvas be reused for another event?
Absolutely. The printed canvas is yours to keep at the end of the rental if you wish, and we can fit it again on a rented frame for a future date. Only the structure is charged again.
