Totems, panels, arches and carpets: the displays available
The Custom double-sided signage totem, printed on both faces, is the most requested display: placed at a circulation crossroads, it shows directions in both directions of travel and rents from €95 excl. VAT for a 1 to 3-day period. Its digital version, the Custom flat-screen totem 1 x 2.5 m with 43-inch screen, displays a programme that changes over the course of the day; the 2 x 2.5 m model with a 55-inch screen is intended for high-ceilinged halls. The Eco wooden signage panel 2m brings a natural note to environmentally committed events, from €65 excl. VAT. To mark an access point, the Advertising arch stands over an entrance or a start line. On the floor, the Athletics track carpet 1x3m and its 2 x 5 m version trace a lane that participants follow instinctively, an idea much appreciated for sports conventions and team-building days.
Organising the route to suit the type of event
For a seminar, allow one totem at each change of direction and one panel per workshop room, with a colour code repeated on the badges. At a trade show, the Event advertising panel is placed at the head of an aisle to announce your stand, while a screen totem plays your demonstrations on a loop. A gala evening makes do with discreet signage: a totem at the entrance, an arch for the cloakroom or the photocall, and carpets to draw the red carpet. Installation, collection and Drive pick-up
Our technicians position the signage according to your plan, check the ballasting and leave with the packaging; collection takes place as soon as your event ends, cleaning of the displays included. The price indicated corresponds to a 1 to 3-day rental period, with a decreasing rate beyond that, handy for a five-day trade show. The lightest totems and panels can be collected via the Drive (pick-up) service at our warehouse if you have a van. A costed quote is sent to you the same day once we receive your visuals.

How many totems should I plan for 300 participants?
The number depends less on headcount than on the building. Allow one display at each intersection or change of floor, plus one at reception and one in front of each room: for a typical venue with four workshops, six to eight totems are enough.
Do the totems stand up outdoors?
Printed totems come with a weighted base that stabilises them on a terrace or a forecourt. In sustained wind, prefer the heavier wooden panels, or fix the totems to an existing structure.
Can the content of a screen totem be changed during the event?
Yes, that is its whole point. Your visuals are loaded onto a USB stick or a built-in player; you can switch slideshows between morning and afternoon with no technical intervention.
What is the lead time for custom signage?
