rental frames & connectors | aluminum matrix frame | paris
The connector is the part nobody sees and without which nothing stands up. Our modular aluminium connector rental supplies all the linking elements of the Aluvision system: quick connectors, Quickfix, fixing pins, adjustable feet, suspension sets and clippers. They join Omni 55 frames to one another, level them on an uneven hall floor and hold spots, shelves or screens. Each reference is available individually or in packs to simplify the preparation of your stand.
The connector families and their roles
The LS D30 A quick connector is the basic component: slid into the D30 groove of two adjacent frames, it locks them together with a quarter turn, from €1 excl. VAT each or €20 excl. VAT for the pack of 20. The Quickfix LS M6/D30 x 80A, in a black version for corners, doors and lighting, and a grey 70A version for bases and V1 to V7 profiles, lock the joints that carry loads. The Pin D30 M6x50A and M8x70A pins are used respectively to fix spots and the 3P, 4P and 6P multiple connectors. The D30 M adjustable foot, from €81 excl. VAT, compensates for up to several centimetres of unevenness beneath a partition. For fabrics and suspended frames, the Omni 55 A3 suspension set A and the Basic 55 clamping set complete the range, while the right and left Clippers hold the cladding panels in place. The 3P 90° LS30 C connectors and 4P 180° connectors assemble corners and T-shaped partitions.
Sizing your hardware to suit the structure
For a straight partition of three 0992 x 2480 frames, allow two quick connectors per vertical joint, i.e. four, plus two adjustable feet if the floor is tiled. A corner stand additionally requires one 3P 90° connector per connection level between the two walls. A 36 m² island stand with a closed storage room generally uses one pack of 20 quick connectors, one pack of 15 Quickfix 80A for the door and corners, and around ten M6 pins for the spots. For a gala scenography where frames are suspended from a structure, count one suspension set per frame. We systematically check the list against your plan to avoid the missing connector at 10 pm the night before opening.
Supply, set-up and management of small parts
The connectors are packed by type in labelled bins and delivered with your frames; when our fitters build the stand, they bring their own tools and recover every part at dismantling, with checking and cleaning included. If you build the stand yourself, our Drive (pick-up) service lets you collect the packs from our warehouse along with the frames, and return them in the same bins. Pricing covers a 1 to 3-day rental period, with a decreasing rate for longer shows; lost connectors are charged at the unit price. Quote within 24 hours, based on your list of frames or your plan.

Connectors only make sense together with the frames of the modular aluminium frames family: the Omni 55 Matrix aluminium frames, the corners for angles and the Matrix frame accessories for shelves, feet and screen brackets.
How many connectors per joint between two frames?
Two quick connectors per vertical joint for a 2480 mm high frame, just one for a frame of 992 mm or less. Add a Quickfix when the joint supports a door, a corner or a spot.
What is the difference between the black Quickfix 80A and the grey 70A?
Length and use: the black 80A is intended for corners, doors and hiled lighting, the grey 70A for bases and V1 to V7 profiles. The colour code avoids confusion during assembly.
Is a special tool needed to tighten the connectors?
A 5 mm Allen key is enough for the whole system; we slip one into every bin. No power screwdriver or drilling is required.
Can connectors be hired without the frames?
Yes, many exhibitors who own their own Aluvision frames hire only the adjustable feet or the connector packs to top up their stock. Simply tell us the exact reference of your profiles.
