Video Wall Rental: LED & Multi-Screen

A wall of screens lighting up as the audience walks in, an animated logo filling the entire stage backdrop, key figures scrolling in large format: video image wall rental turns any room into a living scenography. Unlike a printed support, the video wall updates in a second and runs through content without a change of set. Solutions Événements designs and installs these dynamic surfaces for conventions, launches and corporate evenings in Paris, across Île-de-France and in the Oise, with technical teams available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

LED wall or screen wall: two technologies
The LED wall is made up of modular tiles assembled into one continuous surface, with no visible border. It adapts to any dimension (from 2 x 1.5 m to several dozen square metres) and remains legible even in full light, which makes it ideal for large stages and glazed halls. The screen wall, or videowall, assembles thin-bezel professional monitors in a 2 x 2 or 3 x 3 configuration or in a creative mosaic. More compact, it suits stands, reception areas and meeting rooms. In both cases, a video processor spreads the source image across the whole surface and allows several pieces of content to be displayed simultaneously.

Varied uses depending on the event
- Stage backdrop for a plenary session, an awards ceremony or a keynote.

- Welcome screen showing the programme, the sponsors or a countdown.

- Stand animation at a trade show, with product demonstrations on a loop.

- Dressing a gala dinner: graphic atmospheres, relay of the speeches, live message wall.

- Broadcasting a sporting event or a live feed for a fan zone or a corporate evening.

Integrating the video wall into the scenography
A video wall comes into its own when it converses with the rest of the signage. Extend its visual identity with printed image walls in areas without a power supply, and carry the same codes over to printed banners outdoors or adhesive stickers on floors and glazing. A wayfinding route leads guests naturally towards the main screen. Allow a viewing distance of at least two to three times the height of the wall for comfortable reading, and coordinate the stage lighting to avoid reflections.

How does the service work?
After a site survey or a study of your plans, we define the surface, the pitch (pixel density) and the mounting method: free-standing structure, rigging or floor-standing. Our technicians transport, cable and calibrate the wall, then run show control or train your team. Dismantling and collection are handled at the end of the event. Pricing corresponds to a 1 to 3-day rental period, with a decreasing rate for longer operations. As every configuration is designed to measure, contact us for a personalised quote: we respond quickly, including at short notice.

What size video wall for a room of 300 people?
For a plenary session of this size, a surface of around 6 x 3.5 m in 16:9 format ensures good legibility from the back of the room. We then adjust according to the stage height and the depth of the room.

What content formats should we supply?
MP4 (H.264) videos and high-definition PNG or JPEG visuals are supported, as is a PowerPoint presentation or a live HDMI source. We send you the exact resolution of the wall so that your files are created in the right format.

Does the LED wall work outdoors?
Yes, with high-brightness outdoor tiles and an IP rating suited to rain. The supporting structure is then weighted and sized according to the wind load.

How long does installation take?
Allow two to four hours for a monitor videowall, and half a day to a full day for a large LED wall on a structure, calibration included. We schedule the set-up for the day before whenever the venue allows.
