Dispensers, hygiene screens and signage
The Klean150 - hand sanitiser gel dispenser is a free-standing totem, operated by foot pedal or sensor, that sits at the entrance to a stand or a room, from €99.00 excl. VAT; its customised Klean150 version comes wrapped in your brand colours, and the Customised Klean250 - hand sanitiser gel dispenser with screen adds a display that broadcasts your messages while visitors sanitise their hands. Refills of 700 doses and the 5-litre container keep it running for the whole event. To protect face-to-face exchanges, the Designer hygiene screen 750mm x 750mm - Suspended hangs above a counter (from €55.00 excl. VAT), while the versions on aluminium, wooden, plexiglass or silver stands sit on a welcome desk or registration table. Finally, floor stickers reading "Wait here", "Sit here" or "Follow the arrow", as well as the Social distancing floor stickers 20 x 30cm, guide the flow of visitors without any human intervention.


Building hygiene into the visitor journey
At a trade show, place a gel dispenser at every hall entrance and another on every stand hosting demonstrations; customised branding turns an obligation into a communication tool. At a congress, free-standing hygiene screens equip the accreditation counter and the voting tables, and floor stickers mark out the queue in front of the cloakroom. For an official event or a ceremony, opt for the more discreet wooden or silver stands and the 40 cm round stickers that mark positions without weighing down the decor. Set-up and rental period
Our teams deliver and install the dispensers, position the screens and apply the stickers at the locations marked on your plan, across Île-de-France and throughout France; the equipment is collected, disinfected and inspected after every event, with cleaning included. Dispensers and hygiene screens can also be collected from our warehouse with our Drive (pick-up) service. Rates correspond to a 1 to 3-day rental period and fall according to a decreasing rate for longer exhibitions and retail operations. How many gel dispensers should I plan for a trade show?
One dispenser per main entrance and one for every 200 simultaneous visitors is a comfortable starting point. Add one near the catering areas and the toilets. A 700-dose refill covers roughly one day at a busy crossing point.


Are the hygiene screens stable on a counter?
Yes, the free-standing models are weighted and sit on a counter or table without any fixings. The suspended version requires an anchor point (stand structure, rail or technical ceiling) that our teams check before installation.


Do the floor stickers leave marks?
Our stickers are designed for event use on smooth floors (exhibition carpet, polished concrete, tiles) and peel off without residue at the end of the event. On old parquet or a porous floor, test a small area first or ask us for advice.


Is the sanitiser gel supplied with the dispenser?
The dispenser is delivered ready to use with an initial fill. Additional refills and 5-litre containers are available as options for multi-day or high-footfall events.
