rental of scenery and stage backdrops
How do you turn a neutral room into a tropical forest, a New York loft or a Norwegian fjord without the slightest building work? Decorative panel rental offers a simple answer: large-format printed visuals, mounted on free-standing structures, that change the identity of a space for the duration of an evening, a trade show or a seminar. Placed behind a stage or as the backdrop of a photo area, these decor walls immediately give the event a setting.
Five ready-to-install moods
The collection includes five decors, each available from €195 excl. VAT. The Tropical decor wall unfurls lush vegetation, ideal for an exotic evening or a summer launch. The Snowy landscape decor wall instantly sets the spirit of the festive season or a summit seminar. The Fjord decor wall plays the Scandinavian card, with its calm waters and Nordic reliefs that go well with light wood furniture. For a more urban register, the Brick wall decor wall evokes the workshop and the industrial loft, while the Blurred lights decor wall, with its golden bokeh, creates a soft, festive background that flatters the people photographed in front of it.
Choosing your decor according to the scenography
The same panel can play several roles. As a stage backdrop for a conference, the brick wall gives a strong character to photographs and video recordings. Placed at the entrance of a gala, the blurred lights decor becomes an elegant photo wall, especially when paired with our festoon lights and a few lanterns on the floor. For a travel-themed corporate evening, alternate tropical and fjord to create two zones with contrasting moods, linked by artificial plants that extend the visual into the third dimension. At a trade show, a single backdrop panel is enough to dress a bare stand and set it apart from its neighbours.
Transport, set-up and rental duration
The decor walls are transported and assembled by our technicians, who make sure they are stable and aligned, then dismantled and collected at the end of your event. Cleaning of the visuals is part of the service. Do you have a suitable vehicle and a team on site? The Drive (pick-up) service lets you collect the panels directly from our warehouse and bring them back afterwards. The displayed price covers a 1 to 3-day rental period; for a multi-day trade show or a long-running exhibition, a decreasing rate applies for longer periods. Send us the plans of your room: the quote follows quickly.

Decorative panels form the visual backbone of a decor; the rest comes together in our Decoration department, with cushions for lounge areas, vases for the tables and artificial animals to surprise your guests.
Can several panels be lined up to cover an entire wall?
Yes, the modules sit side by side to form a continuous canvas behind a stage or along an aisle. Tell us the length to be covered in your request, we calculate the number of panels needed and check that the visual joins are consistent.
Can the decor walls be installed outdoors?
They are designed for indoor use or under cover (marquee, tent, covered courtyard). In an uncovered outdoor space, wind and humidity can compromise the stability and appearance of the visual; we study weighting solutions case by case.
Which decor works best as a photo or video backdrop?
The blurred lights and the brick wall give the best results in photos, because they do not draw attention away from the people. The tropical and snowy landscape are more immersive and suit welcome areas and themed photocalls.
