Picture your stand on the morning of the opening: the carpet is laid, the partitions are up, the lighting is set and the counter is ready to welcome your first visitors. That is exactly the purpose of our stand and exhibition fit-out rental. Solutions Événements supports exhibitors, forum organisers and agencies from design right through to dismantling, at the Villepinte, Versailles, Porte de Champerret and Vincennes exhibition centres or the Carrousel du Louvre, as well as in any reception venue.
Turnkey expo packs and sub-families
Our Expo - Forum packs are named after the venues where we work most often and come in size M or L. The Pack Expo Louvre M, from €79 excl. VAT, brings together the essentials of a small space in a single reference. The Pack Expo Champerret L (from €143 excl. VAT) is designed for medium-sized stands, while the Pack Expo Versailles L and the Villepinte packs equip more generous surfaces. Around these packs, six sub-categories let you fine-tune every detail:
- Carpet by the roll or cut to the m², in around twenty colours, from sand to royal blue
- Brushed cotton to dress partitions and stand backdrops
- Furniture: counters, high stools, display cases, brochure stands
- Lighting and Audiovisual: spots, projectors, freestanding screens, sound systems
Designing a stand that attracts and retains
An effective stand can be read in three seconds from the aisle. Place the counter at an open angle rather than as a frontal barrier, keep the centre clear for circulation and reserve the back wall for your main message, on brushed cotton or an image wall. At a B2B trade show, a dark grey or royal blue carpet sets off white furniture and screens. For a student forum or a community village, go instead for bright colours, orange, turquoise or light green, which can be spotted from afar. At a product launch, lighting makes all the difference: a few spotlights aimed at the product and a softer light over the discussion area create an immediate visual hierarchy. Finally, a semi-enclosed meeting area, even of just 4 m², noticeably improves the quality of business conversations.
Organisation, lead times and budget
We deliver and install the stand during the set-up slots defined by the organiser, including early in the morning or overnight, then handle the dismantling and collection as soon as the show closes. Cleaning of the furniture and recycling of the carpet are included. For a small stand, the Drive (pick-up) service lets you collect a complete pack at our warehouse and assemble it yourself in under an hour. Prices apply for a 1 to 3-day rental period, the usual length of a trade show; beyond that, a decreasing rate for longer periods reduces the daily cost. How much carpet should I order for a 12 m² stand?
Allow the exact surface of the stand plus a 5 to 10% margin for cutting, or around 13 m². Cutting to the m² avoids waste; the roll becomes worthwhile from around thirty square metres or for dressing aisles.
Can the expo packs be modified?
Yes. The pack sets a coherent base, but you can swap a seat, add a display case or change the carpet colour. Let us know your wishes when requesting your quote and we will adjust the composition and the price.
Do I need to be present during set-up?
It is not compulsory if you have sent us a layout plan and the organiser's contact details. Many clients nevertheless prefer to come by at the end of set-up to approve the layout and the positioning of the visuals.
Do you work outside Île-de-France?
Our teams travel throughout France for stands and exhibitions, with a transport fee calculated according to distance and volume. For regional trade shows, group furniture, carpet and audiovisual equipment into a single order wherever possible to optimise delivery.
