event furniture collection | event solutions
Choosing a style before choosing furniture: that is the logic behind our collections. Furniture collection rental at Solutions Événements brings together fifteen coherent lines, from eco-responsible Senlis wood to Palm and Manille rattans, by way of Leon-Leonor velvets or the graphic silhouettes of Kubo and Linea. Each collection offers matching seating, tables, counters and accessories, to furnish a lounge area, a stand or a reception room without a single false note.
Fifteen collections, fifteen atmospheres
The Senlis collection, designed and made by our teams in PEFC-certified wood, is the most complete: Senlis 3-seater bench - White Leather from €39 excl. VAT, Senlis pouffe - White Leather from €18 excl. VAT, Senlis counter - Premium, Senlis planter or the Senlis storage bookcase to structure a space. Around it:
- Leon-Leonor, Louise, Naomi and Juliette: seating upholstered in velvet or fabric, for hushed lounges and gala evenings
- Kubo, Linea and Tribo: contemporary lines with clean shapes, highly popular on stands and at seminars
- Cannage, Kasar, Palm Rotin and Rotin Manille - Malacca: natural materials for garden parties and countryside weddings
- Wings, Mundi and Chantilly: pieces with character that define a VIP corner or a welcome area
Combining collections according to the event
For an outdoor wedding, pair Manille rattan and caning with white Tribo tables: the natural materials converse with light tablecloths and greenery. A corporate gala calls instead for Leon-Leonor velvets, arranged in small lounge groupings around coffee tables. At a trade show, the Senlis collection wins unanimous approval: benches, high tables and counter share the same wood species, which gives the stand an instantly legible identity, reinforced by a lectern or a networking desk customised in the brand's colours. For a seminar, the Kubo and Linea lines are easily rearranged between plenary session, workshops and coffee break. A simple rule: two collections maximum per space, one dominant and one as an accent.
Delivery, installation and conditions
We deliver the furniture, set it up according to your plan and collect it at the end of the event; cleaning and fabric care are included. For compact orders, the Drive (pick-up) service allows collection at our warehouse at agreed times. The prices shown apply for a 1 to 3-day rental period and decrease for longer durations, which is particularly attractive for temporary showrooms and exhibitions. Request a quote specifying the number of guests and the desired atmosphere: we will propose a coherent selection within 24 hours.

Each collection has its own page: browse Kubo, Linea, Tribo, Wings, Naomi, Juliette, Chantilly, Cannage, Kasar, Palm Rotin, Mundi and Rotin Manille - Malacca to view the colours and dimensions. The lines are completed by matching accessories, planters, coffee tables and storage units, available in the same finishes.
How many lounge seats should you plan for 200 people at a cocktail reception?
At a cocktail reception, not everyone sits down at the same time: allow seats for 25 to 30% of guests, or 50 to 60 seats spread between benches, armchairs and pouffes, complemented by high tables for the rest.
Can several collections be mixed?
Yes, it is even recommended to avoid monotony, provided you limit the mix to two lines per space and keep a common thread: a shared colour, a material or an identical seat height.
Is Senlis furniture suitable for outdoor use?
The collection's PEFC wood withstands sheltered outdoor use, under a tent or pergola. If rain is forecast, we recommend protecting the leather and velvet seats or opting for the faux-leather versions, which are easier to wipe down.
Are customised versions available?
Several Senlis pieces, counters, lecterns and networking desks, can be dressed with a printed finish in your colours. The customisation lead time is around one week after approval of the file.
