The Printed stage backdrops category brings together two main formats. The Stage backdrop 6m00 x 2m suits conference rooms and medium-sized stages, while the Stage backdrop 8m00 x 3m, available from €1,440 excl. VAT, completely covers the rear of a gala stage or a plenary session. For an atmosphere without printing, three ready-to-install decors are available in the same format:
- Wood stage backdrop 8m00 x 3m, from €960 excl. VAT, for a warm and natural feel
- Mountain stage backdrop 8m00 x 3m, for an open-air seminar or a winter-themed evening
- Foliage stage backdrop 8m00 x 3m, with its dense greenery that makes a highly popular photo wall
Each canvas is stretched over a free-standing aluminium structure, which avoids any fixing to the venue's walls.
Which stage backdrop for which event?
At a corporate convention, a printed visual featuring the year's theme and partner logos gives a strong identity to video recordings. For a wedding, the foliage decor frames the top table or the setting of the secular ceremony with a great deal of softness. A gala evening gains in prestige when the backdrop matches the lighting: in that case favour dark or textured visuals that absorb the light of the spotlights well. At a trade show, the wood version marks out a conference area without looking austere. Also remember to leave a metre of clearance between the canvas and the speakers to avoid cast shadows.
Delivery, installation and pricing
Our teams deliver and assemble the stage backdrop on site, then dismantle and collect it at the end of your event; cleaning of the canvases is included in the service. If you have a suitable vehicle, our Drive (pick-up) service lets you collect the structure directly at our warehouse. The prices displayed correspond to a 1 to 3-day rental period and benefit from a decreasing rate for longer periods. A quote is sent to you quickly based on your dimensions and your graphic file.

Which format should I choose between 6 x 2 m and 8 x 3 m?
The 6 x 2 m is sufficient for a stage hosting two or three seated speakers, in a room of fewer than 150 people. Beyond that, or as soon as the stage is raised and filmed, the 8 x 3 m guarantees that the visual remains visible from the back of the room and frames wide shots correctly.
Can I supply my own visual for printing?
Yes, that is in fact the most common case. We send you a vector template to follow, then check the file before printing. Allow a few working days between proof approval and delivery.
Does the stage backdrop hold up outdoors?
The structure is designed for indoors or a sheltered outdoor space (tent, marquee, covered courtyard). An 8 x 3 m canvas offers a large surface to the wind; in the open air, we assess the necessary ballast case by case or steer you towards a more compact format.
How long does installation take?
Two technicians assemble an 8 x 3 m structure and stretch the canvas in around 45 minutes to an hour. Plan clear access to the stage and a time slot before the sound and lighting crews arrive.
