- Computers: the DELL XPS 9570 i7 15-inch laptop PC or equivalent, from €160 excl. VAT, serves as a PowerPoint playback station or as a working machine for speakers.
- Tablet and iPad stands: the Anti-theft iPad floor stand (from €25 excl. VAT) and the Anti-theft Surface Pro case holder secure your tablets at reception, on a stand or as a survey kiosk.
- IT accessories: the Pavlov remote - DSAN Perfect Cue Micro to drive slides from the stage, the simpler PowerPoint laser pointer remote, the Lightning Digital AV adapter, DisplayPort to HDMI and angled HDMI adapters, as well as USB sticks from 2 GB to 512 GB.
Every item is tested before departure and delivered with its power cables.
Which equipment for which event?
For a seminar or a convention, plan one playback computer at the control position, a second as a back-up loaded with the same presentation, and a Perfect Cue remote so that the speaker stays free to move. At a trade show, two or three iPads on anti-theft stands are enough for a competition, contact collection or an app demonstration. At a gala or an awards ceremony, a computer dedicated to the video running order, connected to the control desk via HDMI with the right adapters, avoids any surprise at launch time. For a training session or a workshop, multiply the laptops and add USB sticks to share the materials. Delivery, configuration and rental duration
Our technicians deliver the equipment across Île-de-France and the Oise, connect it to your control desk or your stands, make sure everything works and collect it at dismantling. Computers are reset and cleaned after every return. Prices correspond to a 1 to 3-day rental period, with a decreasing rate for longer periods for a multi-day trade show or roadshow. For a forgotten adapter or a last-minute USB stick, our Drive service allows immediate pick-up at our warehouse. Do we need to supply our presentations in advance?
It is recommended: send us your files 48 hours ahead so that we can load them onto the playback computer and check fonts, videos and formats. You can also arrive with a USB stick on the day, as a back-up station is provided.
Do the anti-theft stands accept our own tablets?
Yes, the anti-theft stands and cases rent separately and hold your tablet just as well as the one we supply. Specify the model (iPad, Surface Pro) so that the case fits exactly.
Which adapter do I need to connect an iPhone or iPad to a screen?
A Lightning Digital AV adapter for devices with a Lightning connector. For a computer, tell us the model and its outputs (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C): we prepare the appropriate connectors along with the rest of the kit.
