- Folding desks: lightweight counters such as the Tribo white reception counter
- Advertising totems: signage totems from 0.5 x 1.5 m to 1 x 2 m, square totems 2 or 3 m high, totems with a 43 or 55-inch flat screen
- Flags - Banner flags with their metal base
Positioning your POS displays according to the context
At a trade show, the rule is legibility from a distance: a pop-up stand at the back, two kakemonos at the front to frame the offer and a totem at the busiest corner. For a product launch in a shop or showroom, prefer X-banners close to the products and a screen totem playing the demonstration on a loop. At a corporate evening or gala, the photocall becomes the attraction: install it in a well-lit, unavoidable passageway, with a photocall area pack to delimit the zone. Outdoors, at a race village or an inauguration, banner flags on bases signal the entrance from the street, and the outdoor kakemono replaces the classic roll-up, which is too sensitive to wind. Keep the visuals simple: one message, one logo, one contact.
Printing, delivery and rental duration
Send us your files or entrust the design to our studio; after proof approval, we print, then deliver and install the supports on site, before collecting them and restoring them once the event is over. Cleaning of the structures is included. The Drive (pick-up) service appeals to marketing teams running one operation after another: collection at our warehouse, independent assembly, return at the agreed slot. Prices correspond to a 1 to 3-day rental period, with a decreasing rate for longer periods; for POS displays reused over a whole season, purchase can also be considered, so let's talk about it. Roll-up or X-banner: which one to choose?
The roll-up (retractable kakemono) offers a more rigid visual and better stability, ideal for repeated use at trade shows. The X-banner, lighter and less expensive, suits one-off indoor operations, such as a retail outlet or a reception hall.
How many kakemonos for a 9 m² stand?
Two are generally enough: one at the front to catch attention, one near the counter to detail the offer. Beyond that, the space becomes cluttered and the messages compete with one another.
Can a photocall be delivered urgently?
Yes, our 24-hour Event Photocall is designed for exactly that: files received in the morning, structure and visual delivered the next day in Île-de-France. The 1m60, 2m00 and 2m40 formats remain available on standard lead times.
Do POS displays withstand wind outdoors?
Classic roll-ups are reserved for indoor use. For outdoors, choose the outdoor kakemono, banner flags on metal bases (from €19 excl. VAT) or weighted totems, all designed for exposure to moderate wind.
