Black asserts a timeless elegance; it melts into night-time settings, shows off guests' outfits and accepts every colour around it. The leather chosen is a smooth, easy-to-clean faux leather that takes on a slight satin sheen under the light and withstands intensive use, set on a black aluminium frame, four straight uprights linked by a footrest, with a square pouf seat set on top.
It measures 35 cm square and 80 cm high, the height of a counter or a high table; at six kilos, it can be carried in one hand and lines up to the millimetre with the modules of the Kubo range. The plush pouf seat lets you stay perched for an entire cocktail party; the footrest relieves the legs and the absence of a backrest lets the stool slide beneath a top.
