Blue metal coffee table rental.
Why a blue coffee table? Because a lounge needs a point of calm, and the blue Malmo, 45 cm in diameter with a top that lifts off for serving, provides one without taking up any room.
There are colours that excite and colours that rest the eye; blue belongs to the second family. Placed between two armchairs, the blue Malmo brings a tranquil depth, that of horizons and of visual identities that speak of confidence and seriousness. Its construction is that of the whole series: painted steel, a slender leg, a round top of Scandinavian inspiration, under four kilos on the scales.
The top lifts off the leg. Simply take hold of it by its raised edges to carry it, laden with glasses, over to the bar, then set it back on its base; over the course of the evening, the coffee table thus doubles as the serving tray that waiting staff no longer have to look for. Its 53 cm height falls within easy reach of a low armchair; the steel wipes clean with a cloth and worries about neither glasses nor the damp of a covered terrace.
Around it, you can play the tonal card, blue velvet armchairs and teal poufs, or go for contrast, white seating and gold cushions. Light woods and brass suit it well; grey carpets show it off; corporate stands whose logo is blue call out for it.
Congresses, conventions, trade show lounges, VIP salons, press areas and seaside cocktail parties set them out in twos or threes between the seats; in an hour, a team of two puts together a complete lounge, and packs it away faster still.
Six other shades await in the series: white, black, red, yellow, green and gold and black. The Malmo blue velvet armchair is its natural partner.
