Rental of Marquee, Reception tent for events and exhibitions
An elegant seated dinner, sheltered and on a flawless floor: this 180 m² marquee with parquet flooring was designed for receptions that care about every detail.
Marquee with parquet flooring 10x18m: 180 m² of covered space installed on a flat, comfortable floor. This floor makes all the difference for a seated reception: it ensures safe walking, avoids wobbling tables and puts guests at ease, even on a lawn or slightly sloping ground. The perceived quality of the event is immediately raised. Left bare for a warm spirit or dressed with carpet for a muffled finish, it suits every scenography.
This format is aimed at medium-sized weddings, association galas, regional conventions and corporate meals bringing together between one hundred and one hundred and fifty people. It also allows the creation of separate areas: welcome, dinner, dance floor and bar under a single canvas, with comfortable movement between each zone.
Built on a sturdy aluminium frame and covered with diffusing white canvas, it withstands both wind and rain. The floor readily accommodates a stage, dance floor and bulky furniture, and anchoring is done by staking or ballasting depending on the ground. Forced-air heating, lighting, fire extinguishers and an accessibility ramp remain available, and our teams handle the full installation, from assembly to dismantling, with cleaned and checked equipment. Also find our marquees with parquet flooring in the other dimensions.
A bar, a cloakroom or a lounge area are easily added inside or as an extension, to compose a complete event journey. Our teams operate throughout the Paris region and the Oise, and travel across the country depending on the nature and scale of the event.
Contact us for a personalised study of your project. Its generous ceiling height allows hanging installations, string lights and aerial decor, turning the space into a genuine reception venue with a polished setting.
