The woven polyrattan, in a natural shade, gives the table the warm spirit of traditional rattan without its fragility: it withstands sun, damp and repeated handling, and is recycled at the end of its life. The glass top, smooth and transparent, lets the weave show through and wipes clean with a cloth between two services, a decisive advantage when glasses and plates are circulating; it holds floral arrangements, lanterns and serving trays without marking. The open-work base visually lightens the whole and lets the glow of string lights filter through in the evening.
