Black carpet roll 0913

Total sobriety, maximum impact: black carpet sets an elegance that never goes out of style. A choice that rides out the trends without ever looking dated.

Black absorbs light rather than reflecting it, which produces an effect of stage depth that is particularly sought after in high-end events. This timeless shade makes every element of the decor stand out by contrast, whether light-coloured furniture, coloured lighting or illuminated signage, and instantly lends a discreet sophistication to the space it dresses. This light absorption also helps to effectively conceal technical cables or floor fixings, an asset appreciated by stage managers. It is also an excellent choice for spaces receiving a large flow of visitors, its dark shade limiting the visibility of everyday wear.

It is the floor of choice for demanding corporate evenings, product-launch showrooms and trade shows where a neutral, elegant base is wanted. It is also appreciated for evening galas, where its deep shade pairs with every play of light. Event interior designers value it for its ability to unify furniture of very different styles on a single dark, coherent base. Combined with carefully designed lighting, it brings out occasional touches of colour without ever overloading the overall scenography.

Each roll unrolls two metres wide by fifty metres long, in other words one hundred square metres of surface available in a single continuous piece. Installation requires no particular tooling: a simple cutter handles the cutting, complemented by a specific double-sided adhesive (to be ordered separately) for stable fixing to the floor throughout the event. A protective film covers the surface until the moment of laying, guaranteeing an impeccable finish as soon as the curtain rises. Classified BFL-S1 for fire, this fire-retardant carpet meets the standards for venues open to the public.
