Black aluminium frame, black top, white front: the Kubo Black counter with white front - Black top plays the tone-on-tone card here, with the lightness of a piece that assembles without tools.
What you see first is the top: a black lacquered wooden top, matt and deep, which absorbs the light and makes everything placed on it stand out, badges, tablets, glasses or bouquets. What holds it up is the black aluminium, rust-proof and light; the black of the aluminium draws a graphic outline that anchors the piece in its setting, alongside a white PVC front, smooth and luminous, which reflects the light and lends itself to the application of an adhesive or a logo. Assembly is tool-free, which counts when a stand has to be set up within the hour.
Behind the front, a storage space holds documents, badges and personal belongings out of sight; the top stays free for the tablet, the guest list and a bouquet. The dimensions, 120 x 35 centimetres and 110 high, are those of the whole Kubo collection, whose modules join end to end or at right angles.
Fancy a change? The counter is also available with a white frame, with a Pembroke top or a Senlis top, and the other modules in the range, such as the black Kubo console or the black Kubo buffet console, share the same depths: an entire stand or reception area can be put together without a single mismatch.
Open days, product launches, recruitment fairs and press areas adopt it for its quick assembly and crisp appearance; placed on stand carpet and lit by an LED at its foot, it catches the eye from afar.
The aluminium does not rust and withstands the repeated handling of a touring event; the top wipes clean with a cloth and does not mark under glasses. On stand carpet as on parquet, the feet leave no trace, and the piece can be moved by two people without dismantling.
