Our stage backdrop formats and their visuals
Two sizes structure the range, available as a custom-printed canvas or a themed decor.
- Stage Backdrop 6m00 x 2m: the format for seminar rooms and compact stages, enough to dress a lectern and two armchairs.
- Stage Backdrop 8m00 x 3m: the benchmark for plenary sessions and gala evenings, wide enough for a five-speaker panel and tall enough to remain legible from the back of the room.
- Three printed decors in the 8 m x 3 m format, available without any graphic design work: the Wood Stage Backdrop with its warm planks and the Mountain Stage Backdrop for a nature and altitude atmosphere, both from €960 excl. VAT, as well as the Greenery Stage Backdrop for a maintenance-free wall of foliage.
Staging your message to suit the event
For a corporate convention, keep it understated: logo, theme of the year and a gradient of your corporate colour, lit by two profile spotlights. An awards ceremony benefits from displaying partner logos in a lower strip, at the height of the official photographs. A wedding or private party will prefer the Greenery or Wood decor behind the top table or the speech area, completed with a string of fairy lights. At a trade show, the 6 m x 2 m backdrop marks out a conference area in the middle of a hall and absorbs part of the ambient noise.
Printing, set-up and collection by our teams
The stage backdrop is delivered, assembled and adjusted by our technicians in coordination with the installation of the stage, lighting and video, then dismantled and collected at the end of your event, cleaning included. The Drive (pick-up) service at our warehouse remains available for self-sufficient technical teams who wish to collect the structure themselves. The prices indicated correspond to a 1 to 3-day rental period; a decreasing rate applies for conventions running over several days. Which stage backdrop format should I choose for my room?
Measure the usable width of the stage and the ceiling height. The 6 m x 2 m suits a stage 7 to 8 m wide with a 2.50 m ceiling; the 8 m x 3 m needs at least 9 m of width and 3.50 m of height to breathe.
Which file should I supply for printing?
A PDF or a vector file to scale, or a high-definition image at one tenth of the final size, in CMYK mode, with bleed.
How much lead time should I allow for a custom visual?
Generally allow a few working days between approval of the print proof and delivery, depending on the format. The Wood, Mountain and Greenery decors are available with no printing lead time, which makes them the ideal solution for an event organised at short notice.
Can a stage backdrop be installed outdoors?
Yes, under a marquee or on a covered stage, with appropriate ballasting of the structure. In open wind, a 24 m² canvas behaves like a sail: we assess the anchoring and weather conditions case by case before approving the installation.
