Seat cushion rental takes care of this detail that changes everything over the course of a wedding dinner, a conference or a banquet: a few centimetres of foam that extend comfort, unify the colour of the seating and tell your guests that you have thought of them right down to the last detail.
Chair pads and floor cushions
Our chair pads are designed for the chairs we hire most often. The Premium M1 chair pad for Vintage Crossback chair - Beige fits the seat of the cross-back chair exactly and carries an M1 fire rating, essential in venues open to the public (from €3.50 excl. VAT). It also comes in grey, as the Premium M1 chair pad for Vintage Crossback chair - Grey, a more contemporary version. The Eco chair pad for Vintage Crossback chair offers the same cut in a simpler version from €2.90 excl. VAT, suited to large quantities. The Standard white chair cushion suits folding chairs and classic reception chairs, while the Beige chair cushion brings a softer note. For informal spaces, the Grey floor cushion lets you improvise a floor-level lounge corner or tiered seating for children.
Pairing cushions and seating to suit the event
For a country wedding, pair the Crossback chair with the beige pad: the duo of light wood and linen creates a natural harmony that carries through to the table runners. For a gala dinner, the grey pad on a black or white chair gives a more urban look. At a seminar, always plan for a pad as soon as the session exceeds two hours: participants stay attentive for longer. At a trade show, floor cushions placed on a rug create a break-out space that spontaneously draws visitors. Finally, think about playing with contrasts: a coloured cushion on a transparent chair or a neutral cushion on a brightly lacquered chair.
What the rental includes
The cushions are delivered with the chairs by our teams across Île-de-France and throughout France, and collected with them at the end of the service; cleaning is included, with every pad checked and its cover removed or washed on return. Our Drive (pick-up) service lets you collect your order from our warehouse if you prefer to handle transport yourself. Prices apply for a 1 to 3-day rental period and fall thanks to a decreasing rate for longer events. A quote is sent to you quickly; do let us know the chair model so that we can offer you the best-fitting pad.

Do the pads stay in place on the chair?
The Crossback pads are cut to the exact shape of the seat and remain stable without ties. For folding chairs, the standard cushion is simply placed on the seat; on a very smooth chair, we can recommend a model with ties.
Do I need an M1-rated cushion for my event?
In a venue open to the public (reception hall, hotel, museum), safety regulations often require fire-rated materials. The Premium M1 pad meets this requirement; outdoors or in a private venue, the Eco version is generally sufficient.
Can cushions be hired without the chairs?
Yes, if you already have compatible chairs. Simply check the seat dimensions, particularly for the Crossback pads, whose cut is specific.
How many floor cushions for a lounge corner?
Allow three to four floor cushions for a 4 m² space comfortably accommodating five to six people sitting or lying down. Add a rug and a coffee table to structure the area.
