Rental of ballroom floor and parquet dance floor of 9.20 x 8.20 m
Seventy-five square metres, 9.20 metres by 8.20: the kit for big evenings, where a hundred and eighty dancers can occupy the floor at the same time without anyone being left at the edge for lack of space.
The slightly rectangular format suits large long rooms, congress halls and reception marquees, long side facing the stage so the floor stays legible from every table. The parquet in a classic honey oak finish visually warms very large volumes and avoids the gymnasium effect of technical floors, while its non-toxic vinyl coating offers a consistent glide for every style. The anodised aluminium frame, bevelled around the perimeter, allows wheelchair access and removes the step at the edge; the silver edging outlines the perimeter crisply beneath the spotlights.
The panels lock together with locking tabs, with no screws or tools: a team of four assembles the floor in two and a half hours. The whole weighs 1,110 kilos and is delivered on its custom trolleys; trolley access, door width, load-bearing capacity and flatness of the floor are checked during a prior site visit, essential at this scale. Use is strictly indoors, on carpet, concrete, tiles or existing parquet. For slightly smaller numbers, the 68 m² square kit; for very large events, the 84 m² kit adds a row. The waterproof outdoor 75 m² version uses the same format.
It is the natural choice for galas of several hundred guests, national convention evenings, large-scale weddings and public balls held in a village hall or an exhibition hall. A sound and lighting desk dedicated to the floor turns the kit into a stage in its own right for the evening.
