Rental of ballroom floor and parquet floor of 8.20 x 8.20 m
Eight metres twenty a side, a hundred and sixty dancers, a tonne of parquet: the 68 m² kit is reserved for large receptions where the dance floor is not an accessory but the main set of the evening.
A square of this size is installed in the centre, never in a corner: the tables in a ring, the band on one face, and above it a lighting rig that treats the floor like a stage. Under these spotlights, the honey oak of the parquet reflects a warm light that flatters long dresses and photographs, while the non-toxic vinyl surface guarantees an identical glide from the first panel to the last, whatever the density. The anodised aluminium bevel on all four sides removes any step and opens the floor to wheelchairs; the silver trim delineates the square without a visual break.
Allow a team of four and two hours of assembly: the panels slot together and lock with tabs, without tools, but handling 1,009 kilos spread over several trolleys calls for method. That is why a site visit precedes any delivery of this scale, to check the load-bearing capacity of the floor, the width of the access routes and the flatness of the surface, carpet, concrete, tiles or existing parquet, for strictly indoor use. For a slightly smaller room, the 60 m² rectangle; for a larger hall, the 75 m² kit; and for gardens, the waterproof outdoor version in the same dimensions.
End-of-year galas for groups of several hundred employees, weddings beyond two hundred and fifty guests, national conventions, public balls in a village hall: events where dancers are counted in the hundreds find here a floor that welcomes everyone without anyone being left at the edge.
