What you see first is the boucle: a boucle fabric, with tight, soft loops, which adds relief and the softness of a throw while remaining discreet. What holds it up is a structure in gold chrome-plated steel, slender and shiny, which draws four rod-shaped legs and a circular footrest. The white brightens the seat and enlarges the space; it takes on colour under the spotlights, echoes light tablecloths and bouquets, and gives a lounge an immediate freshness.
It measures 48 centimetres across and 80 high, the height of a cocktail table; the round, padded seat does without a backrest, which lightens the silhouette and lets the stool slide beneath the top.
